• Assistance in case you are lost or unable to contact the accommodation.

What Customer Support Cannot Assist With (Main Limitations):

• Booking accommodations, making reservation changes, or cancellations.
• All payments are solely made between the tourist and the accommodation. Customer support cannot assist with any financial matters.
